MARBLE ART

The latest thing I've been exploring is marble art -- ebru is the turkish art of paper marbling, and I've never seen an art form where the process looked like more fun than the final product.

I also came across some beautiful pieces by Garip Ay.  He combines ebru with painting...so amazing.

Ataturk by Garip Ay
I also just had to throw in some agate slices because I feel like so many of the visual things I love are inspired by mother nature...

PAINTINGS BY THEO ALTENBERG

These paintings really remind me of those times when you're painting something, but you look down and see that your palette is also a beautiful work of art (and usually a lot nicer than what you were painting!). So beautiful! Theo's site

BEAUTIFUL, DREAMY, MAGICAL

These beautiful prints by Decoy Lab remind me so much of Goldfrapp's most recent album... dreamy, soft, magical, memories.

LASER LIGHTNING CHAKRAS

I've always wondered what it would be like to see auras and energy. Very interesting group of people behind this project (I'm so going to try and get these guys for my wedding)

BE STILL MY HEART

This lacy thing is witty, pretty and gross at the same time, luvit.
