A NEW DAY FOR US ENERGY POLICY

A lot of people have been upset and worried about the oil spill, and while I'm right there too, I strongly believe that there is a lot of good that can come of this horrible disaster.  I think that a new, expedited clean energy policy, that eliminates the need for more drilling will take hold.  My hope for this was totally strengthened by Obama's address last night.  I think that the only way to honor the suffering of the people of the gulf, as well as the innocent animal life is to change our negligent addiction to oil, and for all of us regular people to speak out about this.
